I am writing today to speak my highest praises to the leadership of Tim Peters at Peters Construction. Tim took over a demanding and challenging project during our phase I construction and crafted a sweet ending. Because of overages and significant challenges with our prior construction manager in Phase I, Tim was able to create a team of talented tradesmen and bring the first half of our building to completion within a new time frame and budget.
When we began our Phase II construction in May of 2007, we did not hesitate to re-contract Tim Peters as our Construction Manager and partner in this amazing "Dream School"/
Community Montessori Charter Public School takes no shortcuts in our philosophy and our support of how children and teens learn. We also appreciate the commitment of Tim Peters in taking no shortcuts in our facility and always taking our needs and beliefs with the utmost of care and respect.
Tim was able to assure a construction environment that was appropriate and that assured safety and functionality for our current learning environment inches away fro the construction. All of our suggestions and questions were taken seriously and a team approach with architects and engineers was developed throughout the construction period.
We owe a great deal of gratitude to Tim Peters and his team and would gladly share and other information requested.
