Construction management

This process begins with pre-construction consultations with client and architect for conceptual budgeting and value engineering, firming up budgets, preparation of bid packages and coordination of bid lettings. Peters then schedules and manages the project assuring all safety and code compliance, efficient construction, coordination of subcontractors, daily management and effective communication with all those involved in the project.
