Since its founding in 1975, T.C. Peters Construction Company has been a family owned and operated business located in Louisville, Kentucky. The company, founded by Timothy C. Peters, originally specialized in restoration of historic properties but over the years it evolved into a full service construction company with General Contracting, Design/Build and Construction Management.

Peters branched into commercial construction in the mid-80s and in the 1990s built ten big box sporting goods stores across the United States for Sports and Rec, Inc. From that point, the company began to focus exclusively on commercial construction: schools, libraries, equine facilities, offices and public buildings.

For more than ten years, Peters was the construction manager for all restoration and new construction on the Sacred Heart Campus in Louisville, completing new and renovated building projects totaling approximately $25 million. The company gained expertise in specialized Montessori school design and construction. Theaters, restaurants, museums, churches and libraries, old and new, were added to the company’s portfolio as Peters satisfied customers by completing projects on time, within budget and in a quality manner.

This principle of providing clients a quality project at a competitive price while maintaining accurate budgets, timely construction completions and exceptional work site safety sets T.C. Peters Construction apart from the competition. The firm’s commitment to providing experienced, in depth construction expertise and professionally skilled project managers help to insure the highest quality construction standards and consistently fulfill and exceed client expectations.
